# Uncollateralized NFT Renting

Collateralized NFT lending has constantly failed to guarantee that the lenders’ NFTs are returned once they have been transferred to the borrower.

Renfter has built a trustless and secure way for users to rent NFTs with no collateral while guaranteeing that lenders receive their NFTs back at the end of the rental period. 

Instead of blindly trusting someone else with the integrity of their asset, lenders can use Renfter’s smart contracts to safely store and secure their NFTs once they rent them out.
